MINIMUM 8 HOURS ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS
If you are booking transportation for a wedding or other group event, call 828-400-3987.A surcharge will be assessed for rides:-Originating or concluding more than 10 miles from downtown Waynesville;
-Where any portion occurs between 12:00am - 5:00am ("overnight travel");
-When more than 1 mile of off-pavement travel is required (for extra cleaning/detailing between rides & vehicle wear and tear)
-During certain holiday and peak travel periods.
The surcharge(s) will be calculated manually and disclosed in your reservation confirmation. Unless otherwise specified, you may cancel your reservation without penalty within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
